The 35mm Open Air film festival

The 35mm Open Air summer film festival takes place in the city of Como from June 22 to September 7, 2011 .

Films will be screened in Piazza Martinelli (formerly Fulda) in Como, every Wednesday at 9.30pm.

On this year’s programme , film fans who know Italian will be able to see:

June 22nd – Nigel Cole’s We want sex

June 29th – Massimiliano Bruno’s No one can judge me (Nessuno mi può giudicare)

July 6th – Danny Boyle’s 127 Hours

July 13th – Hayao Miyazaki’s Crimson Pig (Porco Rosso)

July 20th – Joel and Ethan Coen’s True Grit

July 27th – David Fincher’s The Social Network

August 3rd – Tom Hooper’s The King’s Speech

August 10th – David Russell’s The Fighter

August 17th – Antonio Albanese’s Qualunquemente

August 24th – Richard J. Lewis’ Barney’s Version

August 31st – Clint Eastwood’s Hereafter

September 7 – Nanni Moretti’s Habemus Papam
